Qualifications

• Mechanically Inclined - Experience working with small engines
• Excellent communication skills
• Do you have strong critical thinking skills?
• Good leader - Can manage / Train Shop & Pressure Washer Employees

Responsibilities

• You will maintain and repair our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are always road-ready.
• Manage the equipment manager - ensuring all tasks are done
• Always safety conscious, you perform all your mechanical work in a safe and productive manner
• Managing maintenance on equipment
• Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment
• Equipment training for crew members
• Meeting deadlines & timelines for projects
• Experience with diesel vehicles
• Diagnostics of generators and pressure washers 2-4 cylinders
• Go to job sites as needed
• Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance, basic diagnostics and reports on small engine equipment
• Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
• Strong organization skills-strength in record keeping, shop cleanliness, inventory, and parts ordering.
• Desire to stay proactive and not reactive as it applies to preventative maintenance and repairs
• Demonstration of the following: Honesty, integrity, competence, tenacity, enthusiasm, creativity, professionalism and drive / initiative
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs
• Driver's license (Required)
