Responsibilities

• Oversee customer equipment brought in for repairs.
• Trucking logistics for equipment.
• Manages and coordinates repairs on equipment at the shop.
• Supervise all shop personnel, mechanics, welders, and monitor employee performance.
• Responsible for leading and assigning tasks to shop technicians to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize company costs, as well as, asset downtime.
• Communicate with customers on what repairs are needed, and the cost of the repairs.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Lead, train and develop people’s natural talent.
• Provide clean, safe working conditions for the facility and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience

• High school education or GED equivalent required.
• Technical, vocational, trade school education or equivalent is preferred.
• 3-5 years of shop management experience.
• Knowledge and experience with heavy equipment, mining equipment, systems, engines, and components are required.

Pay: $62,591.00 - $75,000.00 per year
