Location: Austell, GA
Position: Shop Hand
Job Type: Full-Time / Temp to Hire
Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday
Overtime if required.
Pay Rate: $18 HR
Pay increase once hired as a permanent employee.

Essential Duties:
- Empty trash cans and perform cleaning functions in the shop as necessary
- Perform outbound crating of the doors
- Assist in various areas of operation such as; glass installation, wood shop, and general maintenance as needed.
- Use a forklift to move equipment and/or doors
- Uses standard hand-held power tools
- Could eventually assist with weld assembly of frames
Experience and Working Conditions:
- Good experience with hand power tools
- Woodworking experience is helpful
- Forklift driving experience
- Lift to 50lbs, sometimes frequently, depending on the duty they are performing
- Warehouse/Manufacturing environment
- Standing and/or walking most of the shift.

Requirements:
- All employees must pass a background check.
- All employees must take a 5-panel rapid test
Job Information:
- All positions are temp to hire.
- After 3 months when employees are hired as permanent, they will automatically be eligible to receive all benefits provided by the company.
