Our S&R Associates are the go-to employees who have varied skills and a capacity to learn. You will spend your days fulfilling customer orders in an efficient and orderly manner, ship and receive parts and other inventory, and answer customer inquiries in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Previous experience preferred (one year shipping/receiving/warehouse/inventory), but not required
• Professional and strong communication, reasoning and organizational skills (phone and in-person)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; customer-facing
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Significant attention to detail
• Ability to adjust work flow quickly and smoothly
• Proven history of resilience
• Outstanding customer and co-worker service skills
• A strong work ethic and professional demeanor; excellent computer skills
• Mature actions with regards to attendance, punctuality and meeting deadlines
• Civil and respectful workplace etiquette (social distancing remains our normal)
