We develop and run Apple’s global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world. We are seeking a motivated, collaborative professional to join our team with an extraordinary customer service focus. You will have the ability to interact with Apple business functional and customers at all levels in your day to day work.
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years demonstrated ability working in a fast paced shipping, receiving, mail team or similar environment
- Possess strong critical-thinking skills and are a proactive problem solver
- Must have the ability to learn quickly, work autonomously and address any issues that arise
- Strong computer proficiency; including familiarity with software for calendar/scheduling, spreadsheets and word processing
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, while maintaining composure and integrity
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Proactive, responsive and positive contributor to delivering high-quality results
- Solid written and verbal communication skills including timely and clear reporting, as well as an ability to maintain standard operating procedures
Description
Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors and co-workers Oversee and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments Order general shipping supplies Picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of quality and productivity Verify all inbound/outbound shipments before loading delivery vehicles Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment Assist in maintaining the security of all mailroom spaces Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and alignment with OSHA and MSDS standards Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature Assure the integrity of all mail and package inventory Communicate effectively via phone, email and other written correspondence Other tasks as assigned

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $23.65 and $35.50/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
