RH is seeking a Shipping and Packing associate who will be responsible for the proper completion of shipping and packing outdoor furniture.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
• Obtain packing materials from storage and assemble cardboard cartons
• Wrap cushions in plastic and tape plastic in a neat fashion
• Insert cushions into containers and ensure all parts and packing materials are in place prior to sealing with staples/glue
• Label container, container tags, and products
• Inspect materials, products, and containers
• Identify packaged items on exterior of carton, and place packing label on carton
• Load trucks, unload packing line and sweep the area
• Maintain work area and equipment in an orderly manner

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year experience in a similar field
• Excellent communication with clients, associates, and fellow Leaders
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to read and understand production tickets and verify product and packed contents
• Team player with an enthusiastic outlook and creative mind
• Ability to accept direction and constructive criticism
• Effectively manage multiple projects and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Detail-oriented and uphold brand integrity

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms

• Ability to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, or crouch
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
