• Coordinate the assignment of labor personnel to the corresponding jobs and tasks to meet warehouse/production goals
• Ensure stacking and loading procedures are followed to prevent injury to personnel and damage to the material
• Implement warehouse projects and action plans to achieve production and shipping goals
• Review/manage aged inventory with the Sales team to create action plans
• Manage year-end inventory and create action plans to hit KPI targets ( inventory accuracy, Loading times)
• Supervise and develop employees by training, cross-training, upgrading, evaluating, reviewing, and disciplining
• Document all injuries through EHS Insight and follow through on any corrective actions
• Works with Quality Control Department regarding quality issues and ensures customer and quality standards are met at the time of shipment
• Ensure a safe work environment for all employees
• Reports any process and equipment problems and take the initiative with corrections and repairs
• Communicate with sales as needed to generate improved performance
• Monitor and direct cycle counts to maintain the correct inventory
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives whereby minimizing downtime and improving production/warehouse efficiencies
• Oversee Telia automated warehouse and automated cranes to ensure production and shipping goals are met
• Identify and resolve any issue racks in Telia automated warehouse in an efficient and timely manner to prevent delays in production or shipments
• Works with CareGo team to ensure all aspects of automation are operating effectively

• Associate degree with an emphasis on supervision/management or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
• SAP experience preferred but not required
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff
• Ability to take the initiative, work independently and follow through on projects
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as required
• Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, communication, and organizational time management skills.
• Background in preventative/predictive maintenance, lean manufacturing, and reliability engineering preferred
• Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role
• Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy
