Shipping and Recieving Clerk 1st shift! Job at TRG Staffing Solutions
Indirect position assisting shipments and Maintaining approprite documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities: creating labels for the paperwork received from customer service representatives and to call the carrier company and make arrangements for pick-up by the carrier if it is a LTL shipment.
Responsible for checking the driver in, assigning a door where the shipment will be sent out of and pass the paperwork to the person who will be loading the truck for shipments.
Also Responsible for coordination of product completion and shipments on a timely basis by logging and inventory of the shipment and keeping a running total of the shipments.
Maintaining proper documentation of Bills of Lading, packing lists, deck assignments.
Required Functions Use Microsoft Excel to run jet reports. Use Microsoft Outlook to communicate internally. Required Skills Must pay attention to detail. Must be able to perform under pressure. Must maintain quality and accuracy of work. Must have strong mathematical skills.
