Job Description:

Responsible for participating in all aspects of shipping and receiving along with other warehouse duties. Ensures all inventory is correctly accounted for an organized accordingly using our MRP system. The successful candidate must have exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and speed. Position reports to the Shop supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Shipping and receiving of small-to-large sized metal items
• Cleaning of parts
• Organization of inventory storage.
• Coordinate with appropriate sources to receive/ship bulk quantities
• Generate shipping documents including packing list , and BOL’s
• Ensure on-time delivery of inbound and outbound shipments
• Shipment-related customer service, side projects, and any additional assistance to the Operations Department
• Assistance to shop floor manager
• Drive to pick up or drop of deliveries
• Email vendors per manager for quotes

Experience & Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in shipping/receiving
• Must have exceptional organization skills.
• Microsoft office experience
• Bilingual is a plus
• Able to lift objects 50+ lbs.
• Attention to detail
• Quick learner, fast worker
• Able to juggle many different tasks/responsibilities with ease

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
