Shipping and Receiving Associate Job at Nesco Resource, LLC
Pay Rate: $18 to $21 per hour (based upon experience)
Shift: 5:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday (Saturday and Sunday as required).
Description of job Duties:
1. Ensure shipping/receiving material is labeled and identified correctly
2. Monitor inventory of identification tags, ensure ID tags are filed, labeled and filled out for incoming material.
3. Do inventory counts daily of raw and finished material and enter information into computer system and in log book. Maintain raw inventory levels.
4. Send all required customer Advanced Shipping Notices and faxes within ½ hour of shipment
5. Contact for customer complaints/issues. Take action to resolve them.
6. Truck scheduling as directed
7. Make copies of each bill of lading and shippers in folders
8. Complete paperwork for shipments as required (bill of lading, shippers, labels)
9. Wrap and label material
10. Unload and loading of trucks as required
11. Back up for PC&L Supervisor when necessary.
12. Keep shipping/receiving area neat and orderly to maintain a safe work environment
13. Follow Housekeeping, Safety (lockout/tagout) & Environmental requirements (recycling, labeling, spills and programs)
14. Continuous improvement ideas in safety, productivity, quality, housekeeping
15. Comply and participate in MPM housekeeping, safety and environmental polices
16.Other duties as defined by Supervisor

Experience needed:
- One year of Production Control experience
- One year of Clerical experience
- One year of Forklift experience
Requirements/ Skills:
- Computer Skills, ASN system, EDI, Ford Super-G, Ford EDDL, AIM ERP system
- Ability to operate forklift safely
- Professionalism in dealing with customers
- Dependable
- Good communication and organizational skills
