We sell shoes online here. Currently we need help shipping shoes and prepping them for photography. We have one person who does this already but he needs a team mate to help and also so you can cover eachother when you need days off.
We currently have me the owner and 10 other workers.
We pay $17 an hour, ($13 an hour for the first day or 2 for training until you get up to acceptable speed), and pay increases up to $20 an hour or more if you prove to be quick with no mistakes. We reward for hard work here.
The job is basically this
Shipping
1. pick all the items that were sold
2. ship all the items that were sold
3. clean up
Prepping
make shoes look nice by tying laces, wiping them down, making straps nice, washing off dirt if needed, putting iin paper to make the shoe look like it has a foot in it, checking for size, etc.
We need someone reliable who wants to work mon - friday full time at least 30 hours and not miss days. You will always have the weekends off.
You can schedule days off with me as long as they are 48 hours in advance and you coordinate with the rest of the team to get the work done that needs to be done :)
This is a 1099K contractor position, but with tax deductions from driving, and phone usage, you can actually save on your taxes this way overall compared to a W2 job, and you get paid the same day you work and keep all your money up front!
