SSP America operates several restaurants throughout the General Mitchell International Airport located in Milwaukee, WI
We are currently hiring for Shift Managers to help with running our restaurants located inside the General Mitchell International Airport
This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $17.00 / hour Plus $2 an hour worked through January 03, 2023
Here are a few things you can expect when you join our team as an Shift Manager
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures
- Train new hires on operational standards and processes
- Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
- Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals
- Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate for this position has:
- Can pass a 10-Year TSA Background Check
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the food & beverage industry
- Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience, preferred
- Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
