General Duties:

The Senior Shift Lead works under the direction of a Store Manager.

General Duties:

• Supervising the conduct of the business in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Training of new employees
• Cash Management
• Maintain the standard of quality food and courteous service within the established guidelines for both cost and the level of service expected by our customers.
• Maintaining a clean store environment
• Managing efficient utilization of personnel assigned to them
• Opening and closing of a store
• May be asked to help cover shifts are other stores.
