Summary

Position reviews and processes deductions, generates reports, and performs general clerical duties. Interacts with internal and external customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for aging of deductions for specific customers
• Review and verify promotions to determine proper deals to the customer
• Reconcile MS Excel spreadsheet with open and/or questionable deductions
• Maintain Account Receivable filing system
• Interact with internal and external employees
• Responsible for collections and managing customer accounts
• Acute attention to detail
• Performs other duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent required; two-year degree preferred
• Previous experience in Accounting is preferred
• Ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies
• Excellent support skills, ability to work well under pressure, professional demeanor and strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a high paced, high energy atmosphere
• Understand and excel in a team based approach to completing assignments and projects
• Demonstrate thinking outside-the-box and be creative in problem solving
• Proficiency with various software applications, programs including MS Word and MS Excel
• Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, and Excel
