Role: ServiceNow Project Manager

Location: Grand Rapids, MI (100% Remote)

Project Scope:

• We will be implementing the ServiceNow SPM module with integrations to other systems to import and export data.

Requirements:

• Must have experience implementing the ServiceNow SPM and PPM Modules.
• Must have experience using ServiceNow to manage Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Must have experience in documenting processes.

Job Description:
Project Manager that will lead key enterprise-wide IT and Business area portfolios (multiple programs), programs (multiple projects) and projects. This position partners with IT and all levels of business leadership to prioritize, facilitate, manage, track and control high-level cross-functional portfolio and program projects that will significantly impact the business. Facilitates obtaining the business case and requirements, creates project plans and makes appropriate adjustments to scope, schedule, budget and other resources based upon the needs of the projects and programs and is responsible for the overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project, program and portfolio work efforts.

The PMO Project Manager has significant communications accountability to business leaders, IT leadership and consultants with regard to project, program and portfolio strategy, status and change management. Works with IT and the business to develop metrics and reporting for projects, programs, portfolios and budgets and builds and maintains scorecards.

• The PMO Project Manager is considered a subject matter expert and is adept at blending the range of services from the Project Management/IT Business Office with industry best practices in project and portfolio management, budget/procurement, Methodology, metrics/score boarding, governance and/or IT workforce management and development.
• The position designs, develops and implements formal project, program, and portfolio management, budget and procurement, Methodology and/or IT workforce management and development standards, software, processes, templates, and tools that align IT to corporate goals.
• Communicates, trains, and supports these standards, software, processes, and tools within the ITS department and the business community.
• Leads the planning of one or more large, cross-functional projects, programs (consisting of multiple related projects), or a portfolio (multiple programs).
• Provides day-to-day leadership and direction to Project Management Specialists and enterprise-wide project teams.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
