Job Description:
Responsibilities:
A ServiceNow developer is required to develop, test and deploy service request forms and workflow.
Day to Day:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance service request applications on the ServiceNow platform to automate and improve business processes
- Develop test cases for functional, UAT testing, resolution of reported defects and perform integration testing using sample data
- Troubleshoot technical issues through all phases of SDLC
- Collaborate with the project manager to establish timelines, specifications, and budget
- Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition
- Conduct staff training on new procedures
- Provide regular updates on project status to supervisors
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $56.00 - $60.00 per hour
