Job Summary:
The Service Technician at the White Bear Lake Superstore is a full-time, hourly role responsible for diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, and otherwise servicing vehicles. The Service Technician will interact with service advisor to discuss issues, advise on service needs and answer questions about customers vehicles.

- Working directly with service advisors to discuss customers service issues
- Maintaining a current knowledge base of service and product offerings
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a safe working environment
- Completing paperwork promptly and accurately
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license and current auto liability insurance
- Automotive technical certifications and training
- Ability to identify and diagnose automotive issues
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 30 lbs
