RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluates, and prioritizes incoming phone and e-mail, requests for assistance. Interviews to collect information and leads customer through steps to resolve the request. Logs and tracks customer interaction using internal database, maintains history records and related problem documentation. Provides information on products and services. Focus on process and procedure improvements for the betterment of the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical background or skills required. Must be familiar with basic troubleshooting, hardware and electrical. Needs to have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Normal demands of an office environment. Requires ability to work on computer for long periods.
Desired Experience:
- Technical Support: 2 years
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical: 2 years
- Woodworking experience: 2 years
