Minimum Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent. Pleasant telephone voice, soft skills, and competency on office machinery, i.e., computer, fax, copier, etc. Ability to work with people and must be able to pass a background check.
Overall Responsibilities:
1. Receives all incoming calls from customers needing service. Coordinates repair and delivery technicians' schedules with customers' needs. Schedules repair pick-ups and on-site work.
2. For in-store service, greets customers as they come into the store. Ensures prompt customer service. Supervises waiting customers.
3. Initiates and completes appropriate paperwork for service orders; develops information for prior authorizations and checks criteria for funding.
4. Completes order entry, informs customer of out-of-pocket expenses.
5. Receives and locates all parts and handles pricing on repair work orders. When appropriate, collects cash from customers.
6. Enters completed repair work orders into the computer system. Ensures that proper paperwork is forwarded for filing in the customer's file.
7. Organizes equipment that need to be sent in for repair. Calls manufacturer for RA #’s and completes necessary paperwork.
8. Does inventory as needed.
9. Practices and adheres to all HIPAA, HQAA and Compliance rules and regulations.
10. Performs other duties, as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
