- Supervise machine, engine and truck repairs
- Schedule technicians to expedite repairs
- Monitor shop expenses and technician overtime
- Maintain new and used inventory
- Produce monthly safety and service meetings and maintain branch safety folder
- Maintain Bulk Oil records and shop cleanliness standards
- Open, edit, review, and invoice work orders
- Ensure all invoices are collected on time
- Communicate with Product Support Sales Reps and customers regarding the status of repairs
- Represent Mustang Cat in a professional manner in and away from the office
- Bachelor's degree in Ag Systems Management, Business, mechanical or other related field or tenured work experience in field
- Strong Computer skills
- Positive, outgoing personality with the ability to maintain good working relationships
- Ability to think on your feet, manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A basic understanding of engines (gas and diesel), hydraulic systems, transmissions, A/C, air and hydraulic brake systems, and planetary gear assemblies
- 2 years experience in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of Cat Systems
