Service Sales Representative - HVAC Job at Control Technologies, Inc.

This is a great fulltime opportunity with high visibility, high impact, and room for growth. You will drive the outside sales efforts and business development activities in New Hampshire. You will be selling maintenance contracts and service projects to building owners, facility directors and property managers. To thrive in this role, you must be an organized self-starter with technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installations.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Establish, develop and maintain productive relationships with building owners, facility directors and property managers.
  • Grow existing accounts and generate new business.
  • Serve accounts through customer meetings and needs assessment.
  • Prepare estimates and create detailed proposals for maintenance contracts, HVAC controls, mechanical replacements, and other servicing solutions.
  • Compile accurate sales activity reports and forecasts.
  • Partner with other departments to execute job starts and meet/ exceed customer expectations.
  • Meet revenue targets and measurable non-revenue objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum one-year Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls required.
  • One plus year’s Mechanical installation and/or servicing experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • One or more years sales and/or client facing account management experience a plus.
