Service Quality Assurance Specialist - Remote

The Service Quality Assurance Specialist (SQAS) will be responsible for analyzing and processing completed service work to ensure efficiency in meeting/exceeding Non-Propane Gross Profit goals. The SQAS will work closely with Service Processors, Service Advisors, and Service Processing Supervisor. Additionally, the SQAS will work CRM queues, Service Central, Dashboards, and other special projects as assigned. Subject matter expert for all service analyzing, auditing, and processing skills applicable to this function.

  • Prior experience working in SAP/CRM is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and audit service work previously completed but remain unbilled/unprocessed
  • Review CRM cases in the Service Processing Queue to process/bill/cancel orders
  • Review open orders with time posted to identify errors and potential revenue to process
  • Complete Final Bills
  • Identify service orders requiring additional notes follow up or billing notes in company job notes by technicians
  • Complete tasks assigned from the data quality dashboard reports to improve data integrity
  • Analyze service work to explore options for mass billing opportunities

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Safety and DOT protocols
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office products, such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Subject matter expert service jobs and applicable service charges
  • Effective problem-solving skills & acute analytical skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational & time management skills


Education and Experience Required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Propane experience a plus
