Service Porter/Greeter Stephen Wade Honda Job at Stephen Wade Auto Center
Our busy Honda service department is looking for an auto porter to move and park cars while delivering excellent service and experience to our customers. In this role, you’ll be overseeing vehicle flow and managing keys. Porters also test batteries in customer vehicles, oversee our service lane, and respond to requests to pick up vehicles. Responsibilities:
Keep parking lot, service drive, and other car porter areas neat and tidy
Report to the car dealership service advisor on assigned tasks such as following dealership display standards, driving vehicles from service stalls, fielding customer requests, cleaning cars keeping track of key tags, and other assigned duties
Take a friendly and positive approach to customer service
Move vehicles from the service drive and ensure they are ready for customers to pick up
Help move vehicles throughout the car dealership property as directed by the service advisor or service department technicians
Qualifications:
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
Communication and customer service skills are essential.
Valid state driver’s license and good driving record are a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
