The
Service
Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Service department with customer communications and administrative documentation. The position reports to the Service Manager at the Eden Prairie, Minnesota office complex.
Responsibilities:
- Check in and distribute incoming repairs.
- Communicate with customers regarding repair status and documentation.
- Maintain data on status of customer repairs.
- Run reports and maintain metrics on performance.
- Performs a variety of additional duties as assigned, adjusting priorities as circumstances arise.
- Oral and written communication skills, ability to clearly to articulate company’s position with external sources.
- Excellent problem solving, decision making, analytical skills.
- Microsoft office products
- Lifting of product under 50lbs.
- Ability to build relationships and work with a cross functional team.
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable; able to meet deadlines.
