The Service Director will be an example of excellent hospitality and service standard, while advancing the education and performance of our staff. The Service Director will be responsible for the FOH training and service. In addition, the ideal candidate will be someone who possesses strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality and excellence.

The Service Director will be an example of excellent hospitality and service standard, while advancing the education and performance of our staff. The Service Director will be responsible for the FOH training and service. In addition, the ideal candidate will be someone who possesses strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality and excellence.
Essential Job Functions Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Creating training materials for the FOH team members.
- Ensuring the continues education of staff.
- Assist in executing administrative duties including but not limited to managing staff schedules, menu updates, reservations management, POS programming, ordering supplies
- Liaising with the chefs and kitchen team to ensure a full understanding of the menu and high communication between front and back of house.
- Actively participate in service, ensuring all guests are well taken care of. Create and build relationships with regular and industry guests
- Organize, plan, and prioritize every day to ensure yours and the entire team exceeds the guests’ expectations of food and service. Through interactions with guests and team members, serve as a role model for employees through teamwork support, attention to detail, and quality control.
- At least 2 years experience in restaurant management.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Great communication and people skills
- Have great skills in coaching and teaching staff
- Strong computer and reservation/table management skill
