Service Desk Technician

*This contract to hire role will be onsite in Roswell, GA. This role is not available to those not local to the Atlanta, GA area*

Position Overview for the Service Desk Technician:

• Provide technical support to end users and field technicians over the phone
• Coordinate and assist large-scale IT projects
• Ensure all field technicians are scheduled, supported, and equipment is ordered
• Maintain hardware and software inventory

Required Skills for the Service Desk Technician:

• 2+ years of B2B IT/tech support providing remote phone support (helpdesk, service desk)
• Extensive computer hardware and software experience (Tier II level or higher)
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software experience
• Experience with thin-clients and Citrix infrastructure is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
