This position is responsible for assisting dispatchers with permits, scheduling with other vendors, checking on parts, data entry, and other duties daily to ensure all work orders are properly executed.
NOTE: Salary range for this position is between $38,000 to $41,800.

This position is responsible for assisting dispatchers with permits, scheduling with other vendors, checking on parts, data entry, and other duties daily to ensure all work orders are properly executed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Should have at least 3-4 years' experience in an industry that dispatches technicians(i.e., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cable, alarms, pest, etc.).
- Must be very organized, able to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure.
- Must have computer experience, ability to handle multiple technicians and work orders, and strong phone skills.
- Must be multi-tasking, extremely organized and a team player.
