We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Brockton Service Team. Our Service Coordinator position is a fast paced, key office support position that's crucial to our daily operations and part of a growing team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Handle customer questions and requests for service while obtaining, communicating and coordinating customer and company information
  • Verify customer orders, handle inquiries and/or complaints and relay pertinent information to internal stakeholders
  • Communicates with District Manager daily with any questions or concerns found when checking-in routes or reviewing invoices
  • Continuously monitors branch customers in Crown's CRM system (Alliant) and makes recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinates the delivery of daily specials based in phone logs and priority
  • Responsible for answering the phone as well as the monitoring and maintaining of all branch phone logs
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer and document interactions
  • Dispatch escalated calls to the appropriate Manager or Route Service Representative
  • Responsible for reviewing of invoices and determining whether or not to cease deliveries due to non-payment
  • Other A/R responsibilities as assigned by the District Manager within the branch
  • Responsible for the cost control and special deliveries as needed
  • Use automated information systems to analyze the customer's situation
  • Daily check-in of Route Service Representatives, Service Manager, and Route Specialists
  • Audit routes as needed and required
  • Assist in branch price increases as assigned by District Manager
  • Special projects as assigned by the District Manager

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical to this role
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Able to work with deadlines in a fast paced and changing work environment
  • Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully
  • Excellent team working skills
  • High school diploma and some college preferred (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
