Service Appointment Coordinator Job at Continental Auto Group
Job Duties & Responsibilites:
- Answer incoming service calls for multiple service centers
- Schedule service appointments by phone or via email
- Route appointment information to the appropriate parties
- Ask qualifying questions to provide best solution for assisting customer
- Conduct outbound calls for rescheduling missed appointments and service follow up
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Promptly and accurately enter customer data into the system
- Assist management with special projects, as requested
Job Qualifications:
Education: High School
Experience: 6 months customer service experience, preferred
- Demonstrate excellent telephone demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to comprehend written/verbal instructions and information
- Excellent problem solving and scheduling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances, delivering exceptional customer service
- Use standard office equipment
- Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred
- Punctuality and excellent attendance are required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
