The Fireside Restaurant is seeking energetic candidates with sparkling personalities to join our Server Team!

Our Servers are responsible for:

• Greeting and enhancing our guests’ dining experience through friendly conversation.
• Serving dinners while maintaining quality specifications set by Chef or Manager.
• Delivering bread baskets and bread to tables.
• Keeping all work areas clean and properly stocked.
• Keeping all tables cleaned and properly set accordingly.
• Carrying tubs of dirty dishes and linen in the dish room area.
• Maintaining beverage levels in glasses/cups on table at least 3/4 full at all times.
• Assisting in hosting and bringing guests to their assigned table.
• Assisting in ushering in the theatre when seating for performances.
• Ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

This position currently has shifts available:

Thursday: 3:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Friday: 3:30pm – 9:00pm

Saturday: 8:45 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. & 3:45 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Sunday: 8:45 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

*Additional shifts to be added on Thursday and Friday Matinee as well as a Sunday mid-day shift end of February.
