Kool Treats by Mama Dukes is dedicated to serving exceptional services to customers.
We specialize in Italian Ice, Acai Bowls, and Kombucha. Our customers rave about our services! And we expect our next employee to demonstrate quality customer engagement.

YOUR ROLE:

The Food Server is responsible for assisting with loading and unloading vehicle, and set up and break down at locations. Our various locations include (i.e. Palmetto Bay
Farmer's Market, Coconut Grove Organic Farmer's Market, Key West Farmer's Market).
At these locations, BE READY to engage customers by suggesting flavors, serving
Italian Ice, Gelato and /or Acai Bowls, and answering customers questions. Customer engagement is a huge part of our business, and we know you will be able to do it!

PLEASE BE ADVISED, you will be asked to attend a different farmer's markets biweekly depending on the staff availability for each market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Valid driver’s license and need your own vehicle

2. Able to lift 50 lbs. (coolers with Italian ice, tents, tables and etc.)

3. Able to work with customers - small talk, answer questions & SMILE!

4. Able to handle money and change

5. Some common knowledge about Italian Ice , Gelato and Acai Bowls or at least an interest to learn

6. Ability to scoop Italian ice and make Acai bowls (you will be trained accordingly)

Starting Salary : 80 per day +tips

After 2 month probation, rate increase base on performance.
