Senior Technical Recruiter (Poland) Job at IDT Corporation
We are looking for a
Technical Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
We are IDT - USA Product company (NYSE: IDT) in Telecom domain. You may have heard about our products net2phone.com (Cloud PBX) or bossrevolution.com (international calling).Our engineering teams (mostly located in Belarus, Poland and USA) are actively growing. That's why our recruiting team (5 Recruiters) are looking for a talented Senior Technical Recruiter with local knowledge of the tech labor market in EMEA region and Poland to join our team.
Usually, we are working with the following vacancies (but not limited to): Software Engineers (Java, C#, Go, React, Node.js) and QA’s, BI, Data Scientist and etc. The primary language of communication is English.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment cycle.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand the position & team needs.
- Sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing and selecting talents.
- Providing excellent candidate experience.
- Analyzing relevant data and trends to improve staffing performance.
We would like to see:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience as a Technical Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Good understanding of the local tech labor market
- Solid ability to conduct interviews
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- High English level is a must
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Jira, Slack
