5 Expertise in requirement gathering, customer engagement, customer communication and project management
5 Experience with data warehousing design/development
5 Experience developing detailed technical documentation
5 Experience documenting solutions and accurately conveying to technical SMEs
5 Experience with SAS (Statistical Analytical System) programming
4 Experience with data warehouse architecture standards, process, and methodology, with good knowledge of data integration, data quality, multi-dimensional design and ETL tools
4 Identify, create, and participate in the implementation of business process improvements and systems that deliver tangible value
4 Experience with Agile development experience with Scrum, Kanban
4 Experience understanding complex issues and facilitating resolution
4 Experience with highly complex application security requirements
Preferred
4 Experience with Oracle(18+) data warehousing development
4 Experience with Oracle database programming (SQL, TSQL, PL/SQL, BTEQ)
2 Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government)
2 Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, TEAMS, Microsoft Project, Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
