CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.
Job Summary
The Systems Support Analyst II is responsible for all aspects of client systems support. This includes implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting of all desktops, laptop and tablet and cellular phones. They also perform basic systems security administration functions, including Active Directory, Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other system cleanup and maintenance. System Support Analyst III is responsible for handling advanced issues with network implementation and troubleshooting projects; create or assist with MS SQL queries and reports in Microsoft Access or SQL Reporting Services and be proficient in the use of PowerShell for scripting. This role is the escalation point for other support tiers.

Skills/Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in IT or Computer Science required. Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
- Must demonstrate advanced troubleshooting skills with windows desktop/laptop, windows servers, networking, firewall or WIFI.
- A minimum of five-years of experience working with others to resolve complex IT related issues.
- Experience with thorough documentation methodologies for an IT environment
- Ability to guide and mentor junior support staff.
