The Job

Glance
Our Sales Financial Analyst will pair up with our Manufacture Partnership sales leaders to improve both top and bottom-line results. The Sales Analyst will provide insights to grow existing programs win new deals, and model outcomes to guide negotiations. In this highly analytic role, you will always be thinking of creative ways to help deepen existing partnerships and get new ones over the finish line. You’ll improve our Manufacturer score carding to highlight opportunities and suggest ways to optimize the relationships. You will be the financial voice during negotiations, and you will always be looking for ways to grow company-wide sales and profitability. A Typical Day
Working with Manufacture partners on pricing and contract structuring- Tracks and reports sales execution of price increases and assists in communicating issues or opportunities
- Contract structuring and negotiation terms
- Financial modeling
- Improve Manufacturer score carding and developing monthly/quarterly manufacturer reporting
- Provide analysis and input for new partnership pitch decks
- Analyze and holistically review current and incoming commercial contracts
- Analyze customer sales and operations data to make recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability
- Proactively uncover timely and accurate insights into Parts Town’s customers and vendors and partner with decision makers to maximize growth
- Optimize value propositions for customer segments based on price elasticity, customer profile, and operational costs
- Improve visibility of key metrics by developing weekly/monthly performance reports
- Facilitate ad hoc data-needs for company initiatives
To Land This Opportunity
- You’ve been supporting a sales team for 1-3 years
- You have 1-3 years of expereince as an analyst
- You love contract negotiation and are always looking for creating ways to structure deals
- You are highly analytical and always looking for ways to make process improvements
- You have great communication skills and are very team focused
- You demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems and make recommendations for solutions based on information gathered and analyzed from the systems
- You are passionate about uncovering and communicating key insights that others may miss – you’re a detective!
- You can self-manage and prioritize tasks
- You are proficient in MS Excel (other analytical tools?)
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love taking on new challenges
