Job Expectations -

  • Cold calling and discovery.
  • New Customer Acquisition.
  • Negotiate pricing with customers/shippers on a spot and/or contractual basis
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of customer sales, issue resolution and continued growth
  • Quality service and proactive communication.

The type of person we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of customer facing sales experience
  • A well-developed understanding of the truckload industry
  • Flatbed/Specialized experience a plus
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Self-motivated, creative, and ambitious
  • Coachable and Approachable
  • Team mindset- together everyone achieves more

  • Full time in office. Monday-Friday.

Compensation:


  • $60-75K
  • 15% of monthly margin. paid 15 days after month end.
  • Health, Dental, 401K
