As a senior recruiter - talent sourcer, you'll be an expert in engaging highly specialized talent for a variety of roles for our business incubator, Level20. Their driving purpose is to develop, build, and launch businesses that provide our customers with products and services that go beyond insurance. In this role, you’ll become ingrained in business strategy and initiatives to gain critical knowledge to help create and implement creative talent acquisition strategies. By leveraging your networks, conducting outreach, and screening and assessing candidates for this unique group, you will carry out full cycle recruiting in a start-up environment that helps people overcome, succeed, and thrive.

Location: This position can be remote; however, regular visits to Level20's downtown Cleveland, OH office is expected.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of four years of recruiting/talent acquisition or functional HR experience
- In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of six years recruiting/talent acquisition or functional HR experience
Preferred skills
- Experience working in full cycle recruiting including significant experience with leading-edge external sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Success recruiting talent for start-up companies or growth incubators
- Experience researching market trends and sourcing opportunities to develop and execute creative, strategic sourcing plans
- Demonstrated experience as a brand ambassador who finds, connects and engages with scarce and/or highly specialized talent
- Experience building future fit pipelines of talent by networking, building relationships and promoting our employment brand
Compensation
- $81,748 - $100,000/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
