• Design, estimate, develop, test, and launch highly scalable, high-volume software systems and client-facing web applications.
• Ship large features and improvements with autonomy.
• Make difficult technical decisions and trade-offs, valuing what's best for the health of the project and team.
• Share your knowledge with your teammates through pull-request reviews, pairing, and internal presentations and workshops.
• Play a key role in defining the dev team's broader strategic initiatives by attending conferences and exploring and evaluating new patterns, technologies, and frameworks.
• Contribute improvements and security updates to our open-source libraries and internal tooling.
• Help grow the team by leading technical interviews and reshaping and refining the hiring and onboarding processes.

• 4+ years of professional software development experience using React.
• An expert level of knowledge of modern JavaScript and JavaScript-centered toolings like Webpack and Babel.
• A great appreciation for semantic HTML and accessibility.
• Familiarity with different approaches to state management and when to reach for them.
• Some exposure to the unit and integration testing of browser-based JavaScript is a big plus.
• Enthusiasm for exploring new tools, frameworks, and platforms.
• A history of thriving on collaboration, understanding the process of iteration, and excitement about taking projects from inception to launch.
• A passion for not only leveling up your programming ability but also coaching and mentoring to level up those around you.
