Twin Peaks Testing Labs is continuing to grow its Marketing team and is looking to hire a Senior Proposal Coordinator to join our NYC – LIC team. The Senior Proposal Coordinator will coordinate and prepare submissions to clients. Working with the business development – Marketing team to write and edit text, develop layout, and coordinate graphics and text for proposals, presentations, and other marketing material.

Qualifications:.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering/construction industry or closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience in proposal planning and coordination.
• 4 years of experience
• Knowledge of graphics programs and/or graphics experience is a plus.
• Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, able to work efficiently, adapt easily, multi-task, handle multiple deadlines, and be very detail oriented, as accuracy is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in desktop publishing including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Writing ability, strong communications & organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of attention to details.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and make independent decisions critical to job success.
• Quick self-starter, team-oriented and able to work with different personalities and professional styles.
• Previous experience in the A/E industry is strongly desired.
• Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate with others, with a positive attitude & commitment.
• Experience with social media and capable of sharing content regularly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills,
• Ability to work independently in a schedule-driven environment.

.Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate proposal submissions from start to finish, track and prepare responses to RFPs and RFQs.
• Develop and coordinate graphics.
• Write non-technical text, edit and proofread all marketing material.
• Be responsible for timely production and quality of marketing communications.
• Maintain and coordinate updated data in company systems, including images, resumes, project descriptions and contacts.
• Interface with people both inside and outside the firm to fulfill job requirements.
• Work cooperatively with diverse teams.
• Develop social media graphics, presentations, and other printed materials,
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations & assist with client project interviews.
• Maintenance and updates for marketing collateral, including project sheets, resumes, brochures, and promotional fliers.
