Senior Program Manager Job at Torch Technologies, Inc.
Torch Technologies is seeking a highly experienced leader to oversee one of the company's major IDIQ contracts. The senior program manager will serve as a primary interface to the customer and must possess a highly technical background to manage multiple concurrent complex projects. Responsibilities include decomposition of individual project requirements, development of work breakdown structures, development of project schedules, allocation of work across Torch line organizations and subcontractors, selection of project leads, and working with program control to estimate costs. Upon award of individual projects, the senior program manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and execution of work consistent with project schedule and budget. The senior program manager will support company and group-level growth objectives, accurately forecast direct revenue and total revenue associated with the program, manage the program to achieve profit objectives, provide input to annual strategic planning efforts, participating in and leading proposal efforts.
Job Requirements Include:
- B.S. Degree in a Science or Engineering Field (Master's Degree Preferred)
- Minimum of 12 Years Functional and Program Management Experience
- Minimum of 15 Years Experience with Army Aviation, Missile, and/or Support Equipment Systems
- Experience Across Multiple Contract Types (e.g., FFP, CPFF, T&M, etc.)
- Prior P&L Responsibility for a Program Exceeding $50Million in Annual Revenues
- Experience in one or more of the following fields: RF, GNC, C2, and/or weapon system microelectronics
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
Desired Qualifications Include:
- Demonstrated Experience with Other Transaction Authority (OTA) Acquisitions
- Prior Experience Performing FME
- Prior Experience Developing Strategies for IR&D, Capital Investments, and Infrastructure
