We are seeking a motivated and driven remote loan officer to join our team. As a commission-based loan officer, you will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage loans while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Originate and process mortgage loan applications from start to finish
• Build relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and underwriting requirements
• Meet and exceed loan production goals and targets
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients

Requirements:

• Active NMLS license in good standing
• At least 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Compensation:

• This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
