- Work with internal US and Publicis Global Delivery teams to provide clients with media recommendations and optimization strategies that align with objectives
- Support the delivery of proactive media callouts to clients.
- Deliver input on campaign goals, approaches, and methods to help establish success metrics and KPI's
- Review and refine efficient workflows for collaboration between agency counterparts and global support teams
- Identify areas for opportunity to improve current procedures, and grow internal team capability
- Establish relationship with Global Teams, becoming a proponent of Cross-Cultural Collaboration and Learnings.
- Conduct full analysis of campaign performance, optimizations, issues, etc.
- Speak to PMX’s differentiation in-market and highlight unique capabilities
- Maintain knowledge of media technology buying platforms and analytic tools
- Analyze campaign performance and make strategic investment and tactical media optimizations
- Drive awareness of PMX Automation Tools and Central Activation Standard Operating Procedures to their global delivery counterparts
- Support day-to-day campaign tasks, such as reporting, performance improvements, inventory troubleshooting, and audience segmentation
- Gain an understanding of the media activation fundamentals within Programmatic, Social, Search, and eCommerce
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 Years of Programmatic Media Buying experience (including Internships)
- Experience activating media in TTD, DV360, Amazon, and/or Yahoo! DSPs
- Experience with ad tech platforms, manual bidding platforms, APIs, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite
- Proficient to Advanced Excel Expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship building, diplomacy, and decision-making skills with ability to think creatively
- Project Management software experience a plus

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
