Megastar Advisors is one of the fastest growing Insurance Marketing Organizations (IMO) in the industry. We specialize in designing and implementing digital marketing programs for top financial advisors around the country. We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to run our digital marketing campaigns and to promote other marketing platforms that generate leads for our advisors.

The ideal candidate for this position will have advanced skills to successfully drive internet campaigns using in social media, web analytics, e-mail marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), web design, WordPress, online promotions, pay-per-click advertising monitoring campaigns, as well as perform consumer research to discover other ways of reaching customers via the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Direct, implement and manage digital advertising campaigns including AdWords, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Assist with landing page and email campaigns as needed
• Be a vocal contributor in planning dynamic digital strategy for email, text, and websites to reach a target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, Direct Mail etc.)
• Serve as the Account Team expert as it relates to digital/interactive marketing
• Partner with internal marketing team and external agencies to develop visually compelling creative for emails, website, social media platforms and digital media ads, ensuring creative and copy align with current brand campaign
• Accurate and timely implementation of social media posts according to plan.
• Effectively assess and communicate performance metrics, including project and campaign analytics, efficiency metrics, brand metrics, pay-per-click, customer metrics, and overall return on investment for digital marketing and communications initiatives, and make recommendations based on findings to help shape future marketing strategies
• Translate business goals into successful SEO campaigns, analyze the performance of SEO efforts and help increase search engine rankings
• Stay up to date on consumer interest, marketing/advertising trends, and competitor strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Internet Marketing, Web developing, Marketing, Advertising or related field
• Work experience as a Digital Strategist, Social Media Manager, or the equivalent within a marketing/digital agency – minimum 5 years preferred
• Proven experience implementing and managing digital advertising campaigns
• Extensive experience using Facebook Business Manager/Ad Manager and Power Editor
• Demonstrated hands on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, Word Press, and Email Campaign systems
• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, and show strong attention to detail
• Fluent in Microsoft Word & Excel

Compensation:

Negotiable salary commensurate with experience
