We are seeking a Senior Manager of Residential Services with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the Human Service field in a supervisory capacity (strong preference in background with individuals with disabilities and/or acquired brain injury).
  • Experience working in residential programming in a supervisory capacity.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Must be able to relate to and advocate for people with disabilities and have the ability to function effectively within a team structure. Demonstrated supervisory experience with excellent communication both orally and written. Must be able to communicate through and perform effectively with Microsoft 365 and electronic filing systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Supervise and direct a residential management team for Enhanced Family Care and group homes.
  • Oversee behavior plans and guidelines for individuals who need customized behavior protocols.
  • Perform administrative and supervisory duties for all residential locations and/or management overseeing residential locations.
  • Assist in ensuring that residential programs meet all New Hampshire certification requirements (He-M 1001, 1201, 310).
  • Assist in the recruitment, orientation, training, supervision, and evaluation of personnel as assigned.
  • Maintain and verify accuracy of PTO and timesheets in payroll portal.
  • Carry out guidelines and procedures of the personnel policies.
  • Be proactive on responding to new requests for services and work collaboratively with Director of Operations to assess and then lead response to external sources.
  • Advocate for clients and their program needs with attention to person-centered planning.
  • Supervise the implementation of all individual programs and work cohesively with residential and day services staff to ensure the quality of delivery of services.
  • Monitor all necessary documentation and actions required for individual records and the requirements of Individual Service Plans.
  • Attend team and program review meetings as needed.
  • Develop individualized budgets for residential services in conjunction with the Accounts Manager and Director of Operations.
  • Work with Director of Operations to perform and implement against strategic goals.
  • Develop and foster an attitude of team effort and cooperation throughout the organization.
  • Develop a positive working relationship with parents/guardians and agencies associated with Nashua Center.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enforce the rules of safety outlined in the Employee Safety Program.
  • Participate in the development of individualized and new residential programs.
