As the Sr. Manager of Customer Success, you will manage the team responsible for Customer Success, Onboarding, Training and Technical Delivery for our largest customers. You will define the team’s operating model, KPIs, and playbooks to support our growing suite of Enterprise solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Experience organizations to ensure our customers are supported consistently throughout their lifecycle.

As a Senior Manager Customer Success, You Will:

  • Manage a growing team of Customer Success, Onboarding / Training and technical Solutions Consulting professionals
  • Define the operating model to support our Enterprise customers
  • Set KPIs and implement tracking to evaluate customer health and team performance
  • Manage and build relationships with Strategic clients, owning your own portfolio of our largest customers
  • Define processes and playbooks to operationalize our approach
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Support organizations to ensure alignment in supporting our customers throughout their lifecycle
  • Partner with Product to turn customer needs and feedback into product improvements

As a Senior Manager Customer Success, You Have:

  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • 8+ years experience in Customer Success or a related role
  • Experience managing customers in a Medical Device or Healthcare technology company

  • A competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $150,000 - $160,000 plus Bonus and Equity
