About the Role

This role leads the design and execution of the company’s corporate learning programs including onboarding for new hires and leadership development opportunities for managers at all levels.

This individual will conduct data collection and analysis, partner with stakeholders to identify learning gaps, and create and execute learning and development strategies. This individual will work collaboratively with HR business partners and cross-functional learning and development partners to assess training needs, evaluate current programming and develop company wide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and development of a three-year training road map
• Drive development and maintenance of cost-effective programs targeting critical business needs and issues
• Manage training needs assessment and evaluation of ROI of training investments
• Content creation and facilitation
• Manage budget and vendor relationships
• Provide reporting and updates on the learning and development progress of the company
• Lead administration of the LMS
  

Criteria

• Master’s in related discipline preferred
• 10 years of professional experience
• Strong social skills and ability to sell training programs
• Ability and willingness to work within an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment

The expected starting pay range for this position is $120,000-$130,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
