Create an engaging employee experience and inclusive working environment in which our people can thrive, feel valued, connected, and inspired. Providing leadership across the workstreams of employee engagement, the future of work, on-boarding, leadership effectiveness, change management and partner with Total Rewards on recognition to ensure high impact implementation of programs. Ensuring that our business achieves a competitive advantage through a strong and differentiated employer brand that reflects a unique Swire heritage, new and emerging opportunities, and a culture that allows us to attract and retain the best talent for our business.

Responsibilities:

• Grow and evolve our employee engagement strategy in partnership with our parent company to capture the voice of the employee in a modern and dynamic way
• Develope key insights and communicating with our leaders setting out plans for action
• Partner with the business, HRBPs and other talent partners to shape the learning strategy for leadership development needs
• Create an overall framework for the employees’ experience from the time they accept the offer through first 6 months with the company
• Understand the key cultural touchstones to create alignment with employee experiences with our DEI advisory team
• Support the development of a differentiated employee value proposition that captures the spirit of our organization, our culture and beliefs, the vision and ambition of DEI
• Lead the development of the principles, policies, and change management approach that will guide the transformation of the workplace
• Effective, simple, and engaging change management approaches proactively that focuses our mission and values

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or Psychology required
• 10+ years related experience required
• Project and change management
• User Experience/User Interface design
• Process improvement planning and implementation
• Development of people strategies
