Key Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for leading and managing the strategy and performance of the Hotel Operations team. This Senior Manager will partner with our internal and external customers to increase interdepartmental efficiencies in support of our planned growth. This Sr. Manager will achieve objectives through consistently delivering caring service, coaching, development, and performance management of team talent, demonstrate value, manage to budget and the cultivation of appropriate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead efforts to partner with Digital Technology to design and develop enhancements to increase operational efficiencies in support of planned growth
  • Develop and manage training curriculum for continuous improvement initiatives and new employee onboarding
  • Assist department leadership with leading all aspects of the hotel team scheduling and staffing to meet operational need
  • Lead direct reports according to company Working Together Guidelines for consistency and fairness, while adhering to United Airlines DE&I initiatives
  • Support credit card reallocation process that supports unscheduled room requirements
  • Maintain oversight of crew reimbursement and feedback programs
  • Oversee systems with hotel and transportation data that support TSO, CMS, CCS, HOME

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Project Management)
  • 5+ years of experience in airline or hotel leadership demonstrated
  • PowerPoint and Excel proficient
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Master's degree (Aviation Business Management)
  • 5+ years extensive airline operations background
  • Project Management certification
