Senior Manager, Brand Marketing Job at Zola

As the Senior Manager, Brand and Content, you will be responsible for driving our brand and content strategy, and bringing them to life with interesting paid, owned and earned campaigns and programs. You will work closely with the other marketing leads to develop strategies and tactics that drive awareness and consideration for Zola, and strengthen brand health. You will champion the Zola brand, and relentlessly pursue creative opportunities that reinforce our positioning and set us apart.
The ideal candidate for this role is a creative thinker and strategist with proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns, from brief and ideation through to execution. You're a content savant, and have a deep understanding of how different marketing tactics - from paid media and partnerships to influencer and lifecycle - can drive brand goals. You're naturally curious and culturally connected, but an impeccable planner who lives by a calendar and knows how to move a campaign forward across multiple touchpoints. This role will manage our social, content, and influencer functions with 2 direct reports.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated marketing planning and execution for all brand campaigns and initiatives, including objective/goal setting, strategy development, briefing/ideation, execution and measurement/post analysis
  • Create, own and execute the brand marketing calendar, inclusive of campaigns, activations, cultural moments and content that build the brand and drive awareness, consideration, and engagement
  • Partner with Growth, Lifecycle, Creative and Comms teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless brand presence, voice and message on all channels
  • Build and oversee a centralized, insight-led content strategy, leveraging learnings from across our business to drive cohesive storytelling
  • Drive channel strategy for our owned social and content channels, leveraging deep understanding of each platform, best practices and user behavior to unlock new growth opportunities
  • Lead influencer strategy and planning across owned, paid, and earned, partnering with Comms, Growth and Lifecycle teams to maximize impact of influencers and their content
  • Develop a process for testing, evaluating, and understanding the role of brand marketing channels on key business goals to inform a pipeline of future growth opportunities
  • Manage, develop, and inspire our content and influencer team

The US base salary range for this role is $110,000-$130,000, plus equity and benefits.
