Genvid Entertainment is also developing a global, scalable direct-to-consumer platform to publish MILEs via multiple platforms - from web browsers, mobile app stores to game consoles and connected TVs. This will allow us to publish globally and meet consumers on any device, wherever they might be.

We’re looking for an experienced, exceptionally motivated, creative-thinking and detailed oriented Senior Manager, Brand and Franchise Marketing. This role will be a vital part of the Genvid Marketing team as we bring a new paradigm in digital entertainment to fans around the world.
Reporting to the Director, Brand and Franchise Management, you will be developing brand strategies, go-to-market strategies, marketing plans as well as be a driving force on the final execution across a multitude of consumer touchpoints for our brand and franchises. The model candidate has a strong foundation in brand strategy, brand management and consumer digital marketing.
This highly visible role will work closely and collaborate with internal teams including marketing specialists, cross discipline teams (PR, Creative, Community, Development, Product, Commercial), executive leadership, external agency partners and interface with major IP partners to take our brands & franchises to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of franchise marketing strategies, target audience segmentation, product positioning, and go-to-market plans
- Support building out a long term, franchise marketing strategy as well as title and season specific campaigns
- Shepherd the execution of marketing plans and tactics across a variety of consumer touchpoints against brand strategies. Managing the day-to-day aspects of our campaigns, you will be a key player in ensuring the full collaboration and alignment across internal stakeholders such as cross discipline teams, external agencies and major IP holders
- Build and maintain marketing plan timelines, identify key dates and keep campaigns on track
- You will become a key brand and franchise expert who will inspire our internal teams and external partners. You have a consumer-first focused mindset and advocate for bold marketing, successful tactics and creative work
- Initiate, develop briefs for the creation of high impact brand creative from ideation, briefing, feedback and approvals for digital content, key art, websites, advertising, trailers, social media, event/activations and more! (in collaboration with our Creative team)
- Develop and execute live service marketing beats, promotions, first party features/promotions and seasonal/holiday campaigns
- Manage external agencies and vendors
- Defining, tracking and analyzing KPIs
- Optimize campaigns, where necessary and regularly iterate to improve performance of our live projects by analyzing and monitoring key metrics on a real-time basis
- Conduct consumer, market and competitive research and distill insights into compelling learnings
- Assist in managing and tracking the marketing budgets for each franchise
- Experience working with highly sensitive and confidential materials; must understand what can or cannot be shared
- Be able to pivot quickly and work through ambiguity as we bring new titles to market
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing experience in related field
- Bachelor's degree required , with a focus in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Project management and coordination across creative, internal product teams, external partners and licensors
Preferred Skills
- Gaming, film/tv, entertainment, digital live services and/or relevant agency experience preferred
- Experience working with entertainment or video game licensors

For California and New York -based applicants: salary range is $150,000 -170,000 USD. Other states may have different ranges.
